Art Impressions - Design Challenge: "Don't Fence Me In"

 Since this Design Challenge revolved around fences, I wanted to play around with some wooden texture. 

I wanted my project to look like it was painted on fence palings.

I wanted the texture of the fence to show through the painting without losing detail.

I used an old Stampin'Up embossing folder called Pinewood Plank. It is retired now.

I have mounted the painting onto cardstock using foam tape to add some dimension. I was also lucky enough to have some nail head brads in my stash for the wooden sentiment sign.
